Treating Rheumatoid Arthritis, Back Pain, Osteoarthritis, and more.

Our pain management specialist include the area’s only interventional, fellowship-trained physiatrists. Patients who suffer from acute, postoperative or chronic painful conditions involving the spine, joints or nerves can benefit from an evaluation. The goal of our pain management and physiatry team is to decrease pain and enhance performance without surgery and narcotic use. An individualized treatment plan is offered to each patient based on the source of pain, time of onset, current functional status and patient preference. Conservative treatments like medication and physical therapy may be combined with x-ray guided and ultrasound guided outpatient procedures to help patients recover faster and resume their normal daily activities. Our pain management team also works in conjunction with our surgeons to provide treatments such as, spinal cord stimulators for those suffering from long-term, chronic pain.

We treat:

  • Back, leg, neck and nerve pain
  • Brain and spinal cord injuries
  • Arthritis and osteoarthritis
  • Pain from rheumatoid arthritis
  • Sports, work, and personal injuries
  • Concussion and Traumatic Brain Injury

Hear Jill’s Story

After dealing with chronic lower back pain for most of her life, Jill Lauterborn of Appleton came to see Dr. Albino at Neuroscience Group. Dr. Albino put her on a course of action that began working within weeks, and she has never felt better. Coworkers and family members can notice a difference.

Pain Management

Different types of pain respond to different techniques. Your specialist may recommend injections or physical therapy. You may benefit from lifestyle changes, exercise and psychological treatments. You’ll take an active role in your own treatment. And your feedback helps your care team create the best plan for you.
