On a Committed Journey to Bettering the Community

Compassionate Care is at the heart of what we do as we strive to live out our corporate values. It doesn’t end in the exam room but extends past our clinic walls to our community as we actively partner with nonprofits, attend awareness walks, and provide speakers for educational opportunities.

We are committed to enriching the lives of our patients and the communities in which we operate. We are deeply committed to being there for our patients to provide encouragement, support, and education. Stay updated on our upcoming community events by following our Facebook page.

Our Values

Participating in community events is one of the ways Neuroscience Group actively reinforces our values. At the forefront is our commitment to community involvement, where we strive to positively impact the well-being and quality of life in our local area. In addition to this, we highly prioritize personal care and compassion, both within and outside the clinic setting. Our approach is guided by a foundation of teamwork, ensuring that collaborative efforts drive our success for our colleagues and partnering organizations.  We emphasize continuous learning and improvement, as well as fiscal responsibility for our programs as we actively seek opportunities to create inclusive and welcoming community events for everyone. We work hard to extend our values past our clinic walls; they form the very core of our operations and involvement.

Volunteering reminds me that I am a part of something bigger than myself. I am proud to work for an organization that shows we care about people as a whole, not just as transactions.

Continuous Involvement Year After Year

Strike Out Stroke

For ten years we’ve partnered with local hospital systems to share the importance of knowing the signs and symptoms of stroke. We’ve done so with clever messaging and Wizardry characters to make that messaging memorable and reached tens of thousands with the importance of call 9-1-1 if they suspect a stroke.

Concussion Night and Helmet Giveaway

Our annual bike helmet giveaway at Neuroscience Group Field intersects with our sponsorship of the TBI SOAR Support Group picnic. Our staff tirelessly measures and fits helmets for children and adults alike as brain injury doesn’t have an age limit. We strive to raise awareness for brain safety and concussion prevention.

Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Walks

We are proud to partner with the Wisconsin Multiple Sclerosis Society for their annual Walk MS events. We demonstrate our ongoing commitment to the MS community in Northeast Wisconsin by being the presenting sponsor for the Appleton, De Pere, and Sheboygan Walks. It’s important to us to meet our patients outside of the clinic walls and participate in events that offer encouragement and support.

3000+

bike helmets presented to the greater Fox Cities area since we started our giveaway.

15+

large and small non-profit organizations as community partners.

10

years of Strike Out Stroke events which have impacted over 40,000 people with
BE FAST messaging.

When I join the MS walks, I get the chance to talk and show support while raising money for MS. My favorite part of what I do at the clinic is connecting with the patients, and community involvement is an important piece of bridging that gap.
