Take Highway 41S, take the Ballard Road S exit, EXIT 144, toward Appleton. Turn left onto N Ballard Rd/County Hwy-E. Turn left onto E Capitol Drive. Take the driveway for Encircle Health but turn left to enter the Center Orthopedic Spine and Pain Center.
From Hwy 1-41 heading North
